We read up to 100 public pages, test sample questions, and email a private report. Timing depends on the site and queue.

We use your email, URL, public page text and an IP-derived code to run the audit and protect it from abuse. Raw text is removed 24 hours after the run ends. Reports expire after 30 days. Requests without update consent are removed after 90 days. Update consent lasts at most 12 months. Unverified links expire after 24 hours, and unverified requests are removed one day later. IP codes are removed after 30 days. Cost records contain no page text and are kept for two years.

What the report shows

Sample declines, rule handoffs, possible outdated content, conflicts, gaps and page coverage. Sondel writes the questions from the pages. These are not real tickets. The report shows no generated answers or wrong-answer rate.
